While we make every effort to align your box with your selection:

· Exact colour matching is not guaranteed

· Availability of items may vary

· Substitutions may be made where necessary

Each box is unique and may include a different combination of items.

· Item quantities are approximate (e.g. 20+ items)

· Contents may vary depending on stock availability

· No two boxes will be identical

All prices are listed in AUD.

Any stated value (e.g. “worth $85+”) is based on:

· Estimated retail value of individual items

· Internal sourcing and pricing assessments

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Please note:

· Processing times may vary, particularly during product launches or high demand periods

· Delivery timeframes depend on the shipping provider (e.g. Australia Post)

· Delays outside of our control (including supplier delays, customs, or peak periods) may occur

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Due to the mystery nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

· Change of mind

· Personal preference of items received

 
However, we will gladly assist if:

· Your order arrives damaged

· Items are faulty

· You receive an incorrect order

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and details.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
