  • What is a mystery stationery box?

    Each Reading Desk box is a curated surprise filled with bookish stationery
    and cozy extras. You won’t know exactly what’s inside - that’s part of the fun.

  • What’s the difference between the Pocket Reader Box and the Desk Reader Box?

    The Pocket Reader Box (A6):

    A lighter, everyday selection with 20+ items + 1 A6 journal


    The Desk Reader Box (A5):

    A fuller experience with 20+ items + 1 A5 journal


    Both are curated to match your chosen colour theme and include a mix of practical and aesthetic items.

  • Can I choose what goes in my box?

    Not exactly - all boxes are pre-curated surprises.

     

    However, you can choose your preferred colour (or two), and we’ll tailor your box to match that theme as closely as possible.

  • Will my box look exactly like the photos?

    No - photos are examples only.

     

    Each box is unique and items may vary depending on availability. That’s what makes every order a little different.

  • How many items will I receive?

    The Pocket Reader Box: 20+ items + 1 journal
    The Desk Reader Box: 20+ items + 1 journal

     We also like to include a couple of extra surprise freebies where we can.

  • When will my order be shipped?

    Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

    During launch periods or high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • How long does delivery take?

    For Australian orders, delivery usually takes 2 - 8 business days after dispatch.

    Occasionally delays may occur due to shipping carriers or supplier timelines.

    We’ll always do our best to keep things moving as quickly as possible.

  • What themes can I order?

    We can try to accommodate all sorts of themes, from single colours, duos and rainbow palettes to themes like fantasy, romance, vintage, bookish, dragons, animals, bright, flowers, rainbows, Disney, Taylor Swift and more. While we can’t guarantee every request due to stock availability, we’ll always do our best to curate something you’ll love

  • Can I return or exchange my box?

    Due to the mystery nature of our boxes, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  • What if something is damaged or missing?

    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we’ll sort it out for you.

  • Are your boxes good for gifts?

    Yes - they’re perfect for gifting! Each box is packed to feel like a cozy surprise.

  • Will items be duplicated if I order more than one box?

    We do our best to minimise duplicates, but some overlap may occur depending on stock.

  • Do you restock?

    Once sold out, restocks will depend on product availability.
